A passionate Designer, UX/CX Strategist & Digital Experience Leader with 15yrs of industry experience working on defining Customer Experience for Technology Products, Worked in Banking, Finance, Telecom, Marine Systems, Polymer Solutions, Construction and Mining, and Aerospace industry domains. Loves deploying innovation and design scenarios in multiple sectors.
Former Creative Head of ‘Chennai Open’ ATP World Tour for IMG, Head of Design for 'Davis CUP' Playoff, and managed cross-cultural and multi-geo user experience teams. Travelled multiple countries and attended conferences to understand the world of UX and customer touchpoints & end-user journey. Gained customer insights while working locally in Europe & APAC regions. I have collaborated with design firms, vendors, and academia to leverage their skills.
Very Passionate about Data-Driven Design models & Accessibility, I always love to know what challenges others are facing in the user experience field. Volunteered and been a part of the Core team of UX India Conference in India for 4+ years.
