As the Lead Product Manager at Hiya, I spearheaded the vision, strategy, roadmap, and user experience for Hiya Protect, a telecom SaaS solution providing adaptive AI and ML-based real-time spam and fraud protection for over 16 billion monthly phone calls globally. My role entailed making Hiya Protect the industry's leading solution, safeguarding over 500 million users across eight major global carriers, including BT, VMO2, Rogers, Pepephone, Telenor, AT&T, and Samsung.

As the Lead Product Manager for the Tesco Analytics Platform, I directed the product strategy, vision, and roadmap for a state-of-the-art big-data multi-cloud ecosystem. This platform was pivotal in delivering data-driven insights across Tesco’s global operations, driving efficiency and accuracy in finance, fulfillment, and supply chain divisions.- Deliver the strategy and roadmap to deliver Tesco Analytical Platform

Product Manager for the Customer Feedback team. The team uses machine learning to study the patterns in the data pipeline. It also works on data acquisition from different sources and proactively alerts teams

Worked on delivering a Product Planning process. The process identified bottlenecks in the delivery process and adjusting resources at the constraints. This reduced the Skype quarterly strategic planning process from 6 days (2 locations with 50+ attendees) to 2 hours (with just a handful of people)

Product Manager for the Data Analytics Framework. This was a core part of the Skype's business transformation program.

• Subject matter expert on KPI / Metrics for all stakeholders
• Devised the Value Cascade – a KPI dictionary highlighting core Skype & Lync metrics
