Head of Design at BUX
Hi, my name is Ramon Gervais. As Head of Design, I have been responsible for the technical structure of developing multiple products from scratch to working apps – with millions of users. From concept to mass! Responsible for all user experience and visual design communications between stakeholders, business, product and design. I have been turning long-term goals into short-term snippets, moving towards a collective Northstar. My main interest is good typography for lazy readers. I am building products with the best experiences that deliver for both the user and the business.
I have driven a Fintech startup with a few highly motivated buddies for 9 years. We have built it into a severe international company with 230+ people, many skilled teams and three offices across Europe. I've seen hundreds of portfolios and interviewed many fellow designers and product owners. From close by, I have followed designers to grow into a new generation of design leaders at BUX and after.
