● Closely collaborate with the other divisions (Media & Activation, Creation, Consultancy, Data Science and Data Infrastructure) to provide comprehensive services to your clients.

**Contributed to a change management project to build the MarTech and Growth Martketing practice. The unit was a great success enabling new Growth Marketing frontiers to the company's fintech, ecommerce, entertainment and self service product portofolio.

Responsibilities:
- Developing area strategy, JDCs, OKRs, plans and appraisals.
- Providing transparency through automated dashboards covering product quality, growth analytics and behavioral analytics.
- Exploring and managing relations with different vendors for MarTech to secure business value behind usage of CRM, CDP and Analytics tools.
- Segmenting users to deliver best targeting and segmentation models for CVM in different user maturity stages in the funnel.
- Managing and driving SEO/ASO related activities both on-site and off-site.
- Delivering top notch data products like click stream analysis, cohort analysis and active users retention to support product and UX teams.
- A/B Testing using Firebase and Maximizer.
- Assisting commercial teams by developing use cases for recommendation engines for different scopes.
- Supporting CVM teams with actionable audience building and linking them through CDP tool to CAPI, adwords and other campaigning channels.
- Working with RPA teams to provide actionable insights and alerts for system performance and stability.
- Providing behavioral analytics covering the journey of +10M users across 12 different digital channels.
- Providing periodic performance reviews for Etisalat CXOs, Etisalat Group and Directors for technical and commercial excellence.
- Applying best practices of churn analysis, funnel analysis and cohort analysis to enhance user engagement and retention and to increase conversion rates and decrease churn rates across products.
- Ensuring data reliability and integrity by continuous testing and development of tracking plans.

Working with Nilepreneurs program to share with undergrads and fresh grads industry level experience for Data Science and AI. With a mission to feed the ecosystem with candidates that market-fit with the latest industry trends.

Working in the central demand unit (Base camp global team) for Careem Super App on the Analytics and Growth related insights of super app.
Providing transparency for the organization through data modelling, data pipelining and data visualization using Tableau and Data Studio.
Supporting digital marketing teams with ASO. 
Investigating different ToFu KPIs and in-app funnels to discover improvement points for the product team to work on.

The Jeel app is a platform for schools, parents and children aged between 3 to 9 years old, with specially tailored Arabic content that varies between series, songs, tales, podcasts, and games; all are made under the supervision of parenting specialists. 

Jeel team's vision is to promote good manners and culture through Arabic content, entertainment and expert-defined learning paths to the Arab children with its exclusive edutainment content and easy-to-use parenting features.
