Investing my mind, body and soul in bringing design to non-designers. Empathy is the central theme and need of the hour, so we started School of Empathy.D which is a design school trying to make design education affordable, accessible and available to everyone. We want to make design fun, understandable and easy to practice by everyday people, for everyday things, in everyday life.

Key deliverable: 
- Work with aspiring intrapreneurs and help them shape their ideas into viable business models, by coaching and researching alongside them. 
- Make the idea pipeline robust and strong for the venture partners to invest in 
- Help conceptualize and contextualize programs and projects that keeps the intrapreneurial spirit and culture active
- Constantly explore new ways to crowd source and mine promising internal startup ideas 

Key Project: 
Conceptualized, Delivered Launchpad Jams across India location to help intrapreneurs to polish their idea and create viable business models. Was involved in intense research, coaching of promising business idea.

My role involves playing the role of a Innovation Consultant where there are multiple facets involved, 
-Champion Managed Innovation efforts
-Facilitating Workshops and Capability Building Programs 
-Measuring Innovation Metrics and Publishing Balanced Score Card 
-Work with Innovation Community and Innovation Management System
-Evangelize Innovation and act as a Catalyst of Change 
-Interact with cross functional teams, leadership 
-Work on multi-touch point programs, and events
-Constantly Learn, Master new tools and techniques 
-Read, research and gather knowledge around innovation and creativity

I was a Java developer for a leading retail chain in the US. I have also played roles as a PMO manager, designed a rewards and recognition program for the offshore team, started blogging and participated at different organization level events. Thus sparking a career into consulting.
