The Developer Integrity team ensures that applications integrated with our platforms are high-quality and trustworthy. We are committed to improving the platform experience for users, publishers and developers through the use of automated detection tools, strategic manual review, data analysis, guidance, and coordination with product teams.

▪ Improved homepage engagement while enabling business incubation (and future monetisation) across SEA - Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, Philippines.
▪ Collaborated with product and engineering, search, UX design, marketing, category, and country teams to increase homepage module exposure, click and conversion rate. 
▪ Defined product strategy, key performance metrics, and ops framework to optimise ROI and improve business process efficiency; recalibrating the baseline with each product iteration.
▪ Optimised the user journey from homepage > landing page > conversion through a combination of data points i.e. trending search keywords, price analysis, and promotions, etc. 
▪ Safeguarding platform integrity for users by reducing marketplace abuse and ensuring good quality content from sellers.

▪ Business lead for personalised vouchers which increased conversion rate, sales revenue, customer acquisition and retention (won the Lazada Tech - Best Project Team Award).
▪ Managed budget of US$X million each campaign, contributing to 6x revenue growth using data-driven insights, segmentation strategy and forecasting methods.
▪ Collaborated with product, marketing, finance, user experience and design, data science, engineering, and country teams to drive regional initiatives and improve local operations. 
▪ Launched product solutions to improve customer journey and engagement (i.e. grow offline-to-online conversion, shift cash-on-delivery payments to digital, increase purchase rate).
▪ Increased seller adoption of promotion tools such as vouchers and free shipping.

▪ Won the JD Power Culture Award for inspiring positive change and innovation in data storytelling.
▪ Provided industry-relevant insights from automotive sales satisfaction data (U.A.E., Australia, India, Indonesia, Malaysia). 
▪ Content creation and thought leadership on emerging trends in the automotive sector (i.e. autonomous and connected vehicles). 
▪ Consulting and business development on proprietary research solutions.

▪ Led a team of analysts in deriving insights from VoC (voice of customer) research, and provided client solutions for driving sales through CX improvements. 
▪ Secured seed funding to build in-house data skills and capabilities.
▪ Research design, analysis, and project management for CSAT and NPS research.
▪ Partnered with academia to measure trust and brand authenticity of Australian banks. 
▪ Lead in new research methods, strategy consulting, and business growth.

▪ Strategy consulting and research using the Cynefin (complex adaptive systems) framework.

▪ Project management, data synthesis and analysis recommendations to improve policy, process, strategy and operations with local and international governments, NGOs, schools / universities, and commercial organisations across Asia, Europe, and Africa. 
▪ Pro-bono: mentored architecture and design students on smart office solutions for Google.

▪ Reviewed and evaluated UK-Singapore Partners in Science Programme from 2004 – 2014.
▪ Developed research methodology and framework to measure the output and outcomes of scientific collaboration through the Global Partnership Fund and Collaborative Development Awards between Singapore and the UK.
▪ Analysed country case studies of UK collaborations to identify and develop metrics for measuring collaboration effectiveness, funding sources, research priorities and collaboration mechanisms.
▪ Contributed towards improving the 2015-2025 MoU between Singapore and the UK in science and innovation partnership.

▪ Developed policy paper on public service innovation in Singapore.
▪ Conceptualised and organised conference on 'Public Sector Innovation: Consultation on Co-design of Public Policy and Services'.
▪ Coordinated knowledge sharing platform for local and international government officials, UNDP representatives, and civil society organisations for sharing innovations in the public sector.

▪ Determined the level and extent of assistance provided to vulnerable families. 
▪ Developed practical solutions and roadmaps for clients, and ensured that children were protected and had access to education through collaboration with relevant departments, ministries and agencies. 
▪ Implemented an audit of a social assistance scheme that aims to improve life chances and social mobility through housing grants and education bursaries.
▪ Spearheaded change by reviewing the traditional methods and criteria of assessment through an investigation of the impact and outcomes of social welfare assistance on families living in poverty.

Teaching brings me in touch with people in a very personal way. I teach a dedicated group of individuals to be curious, to question their own and others' assumptions, and to try and make a positive impact in whatever they do.
