 I own platform initiatives across the quoting and policy lifecycle, with a focus on improving operational efficiency, accuracy, scalability, and internal workflow performance. I shape and prioritize the roadmap across brokerage, underwriting, and platform needs, working closely with business, engineering, data, and design partners.

My work centers on reducing manual effort, removing friction from complex internal workflows, and strengthening the systems that support quoting, binding, and policy management. I collaborate directly with brokers and underwriting partners to identify high-impact opportunities, improve platform usability, and deliver product changes that support growth while creating a smoother experience for both internal teams and customers.

Responsible for defining the platform roadmap, ensuring it meets the needs of both patients and pharmacists while aligning with our business and partner metrics.
In our partnerships, I lead product communications, keeping our core team and stakeholders informed and engaged.
I collaborate closely with our technical team, data analysts, and UX designers to clarify and prioritize backlog items. Additionally, I work with our operations, marketing, and partner stakeholders, to define and implement new strategic initiatives.
