I act as a liaison between R&D and production. I work on transferring the product from R&D stage into prototyping and production stages. It includes concept design of the product, process design and development, testing and validation etc.  I have worked on co-packaged optics design and pushed products to manufacturing

I worked with multiple clients in the sectors of LiDAR sensors, laser delivery systems, biotech and medical, automotive, aerospace, telecom etc. I designed and developed the products in these sectors and then pushed them into the market after complete product lifecycle deployment. 
Also involved in strategic planning, and critical thinking for package designs and machinery design.

I worked in the lab environment to develop transceivers of the telecom industry. These products are used in datacenters of companies like Microsoft, Google, Amazon etc. I was responsible for thermal-mechanical models of the product and also contributed in working with CM partners for mass production.
