About Rashi
Manager, User Experience Design at Round Barn Labs
Across 15+ clients, I’ve led UX that delivered double-digit conversion lifts (August, Hemmings, ClearCaptions) and measurable retention gains. As a former UX manager and current product designer, I coach portfolio storytelling, experiment-driven UX, onboarding/IA, and interview prep—grounded in real outcomes and a global, inclusive lens. Happy to share my experience with people looking to enter the UX field or others who want to discuss their journey.
