About Raul Glogovetan
Engineering Manager at
Hi, I'm Raul! I'm a Engineering Manager, but started my career as a Javascript Developer. I have more than 20 years of experience in tech, mostly working with startups or medium size companies.
Throughout my career I have built various web apps, from simple startup MVPs to at-scale apps serving large numbers of users. I've worked on and built decentralized systems for web3, and scaled infrastructures for server based architectures.
As an Engineering Manager, I've had the pleasure of managing some of the most amazing developers, QA and DevOps Engineers. My approach centers around transparency, openess, inclusivity, and especially communication.
Most of my career has been spent in remote-first companies where I learned how distributed teams can succeed through communication and trust, and how to best balance technical quality while also catering to people's needs.
I specialize in Team Growth and Management, Career Growth and Direction, Managing Work-Life Balance and Dealing with Burnout, Improving Soft Skills, or ways to Master Coding and Systems Design. I also run hiring efforts and can assist you in Preparing for Interviews Stages or adapting your Resume to help it get noticed.
Reach out for a Intro Session and we can discover how I can best help you grow your career.
