Managerial:
Implemented squad model into product team and managed a team of 5 designers on the horizontal level to make a design team. 
Responsibilities also included: organizing regular retros, 1:1s, workshops, team bonding activities, and development talks.

Individual Contributor:
Working as the designer and lead in one of the squads, which focuses on building 0 to 1 features that are critical for business vision. Leading the design system project alongside developers to introduce our new design system soon.

Helped the company secure Series-A funding and was responsible for all due-diligence tasks that were design related. 
Hired and managed a team of designers, lead the design responsibilities for all products at Brella, and acted as a bridge of communication between the product team, commercial team, and different stakeholders.

Joined Brella as the founding designer (employee #18) and helped design across all platforms - web app, native apps, and admin tool. Assisted company pivot from networking tool to full-fledged event platform to survive restrictions during Covid-19 pandemic.

Worked on complex projects for clients such as Bluestar, Mahindra, and Reliance home finance. Responsibilities included: project management, visual design and style guide setup, client coordination and feedback, and training junior designers.

As a Windows U-crew member, I had to organize workshops and seminars for the Windows Operating System.

As a Microsoft Student Partner, I had the privilege of conducting out numerous workshops and seminars on using Microsoft technologies and developing/ designing apps for the Windows platform.

Worked as a freelance graphic and UI/UX designer for various clients, learning to create memorable user experiences using a ‘people-centered’ approach and with an eye for creativity. 
Had the privilege of working in various fields of design such as graphic, print, branding, and digital.
