About Ravi Agrawal

AVP - Product & UX at smallcase Technologies

I am a computer science enthusiast. I learnt design the guerrilla way, getting hands dirty. I love to read and unlearn and relearn. I love teaching and guiding people. My principle life motto is measured by how many lives I impacted positively. I enjoy drawing inspiration from music, art and movies.

I have a keen interest in understanding the brain, mental health and finding ways to bring equity for all. Off work, you can find me munching and binging while my waist line goes for a run. :)

I am currently prioritizing mentorship requests in support of #MentorforIndia. Read more about how you can participate here: https://www.adplist4india.org/

“I’m lucky enough that I bumped onto ADPList and found Ravi, and I decided to talk to him. He has been helping me out from the first call we had. I feared I would be talking to AVP about what he will think about me during our first call and whatnot. But kudos to Ravi for being friendly, patience and humble. I felt like I was talking to my Senior.”

“Every session with Ravi has resulted in some new and actionable insight. One can learn a lot about how to approach his/her product and design problems in a very structured way from Ravi. His customer-centric approach and a deep understanding of consumer app space enable you to solve the problems in the right way for both users and organisations. 10/10 would recommend,”

“Had a couple of sessions with Ravi and I can already feel a difference in the way I approach problems now. He was very patient with me and answered all of the many questions I threw at him. He even shared some insights on various organisational setups and ways to succeed in each of them, having had such an amazing career trajectory. 10/10, definitely recommend. Looking forward to our next session!”
