My work spans product, marketing, operations, and finance. I test assumptions, run A/B tests, watch the P&L, and validate with ground surveys before committing spend. I don't hand off at launch. I've built AI product teams, sourced globally from China, scaled ecommerce operations, and designed curriculum for 12,000+ learners.

At MentoringSG, two years building founder development pathways at the national level — leading case challenges, co-developing programmes with ACE.SG, and serving as Startup & Innovation mentor at the National Mentoring Summit 2024 and 2025.

At Chinatown Active Ageing Centre, I organised an intergenerational Mid-Autumn gathering under Outward Bound Singapore Alumni and SG Cares — seniors and youth painting lanterns and door murals together. No mandate, no brief. Just showed up because it made sense to.
