Able is a product acceleration studio, built to design, develop, and deploy the right technology faster. In addition to my daily work, I'm also part of the core DEI team. In my day to day, I'm working on new features for an ongoing nonprofit partner (that helped coordinate the largest voter protection program in the US!) at the moment with the following core responsibilities: 
- Design cohesive and compelling product experiences that address user's needs
- Collaborate with teammates and stakeholders to generate and refine ideas and solutions
- Measure the success of my solutions
- Work with engineers to deliver pitches

I was brought on full-time at the senior-analyst creative level to work on redesigning and launching a piece of a new CRM for a recruitment and staffing agency. With my team, I've worked on UX research, service design, interviews, user flows,information architecture in its current and ideal state, designing an MVP in Sketch, and usability testing. Most recently we worked on an MVP launch utilizing agile methodologies. In addition, I co-led the LGBTQIA+ Affinity Group at Kin + Carta with 4 other individuals.

For this four-week internship, I was on a team with three other UI/UX designers to work on improving the site of a healthcare nonprofit called Virufy. Here's how we split up the work: I conducted competitive analysis, site usability testing, a card sort, and created a final prototype. I collaborated with my teammates on a user journey map, low-fidelity wireframes, and high fidelity designs in Figma. My teammates were in charge of user interviews, personas, site maps, and sketches.

Along with my colleague, I pioneered their first full user experience product launch process. I completed user interviews, desk research, personas, and research presentations before I was pulled onto another project to help create high-fidelity user interfaces, icons, and an updated website mockup in Figma. I also have continued creating marketing graphics for all of In-telligent's apps.

In addition to supporting the team with website updates, I continued to help teams of consultants create 100+ slide decks for pitches, proposals, and research presentations.

I worked with teams of consultants doing data visualization, information design, concept/product visualization, branding, and graphic design for PowerPoint decks, pitches, presentations, and proposals. I also designed and photographed for internal marketing materials, and executed the new website design (www.redassociates.com).

ReD Associates is an innovation and strategy consultancy, delivering insights into human behavior and actionable strategies for how companies can turn those insights into business opportunities.

I primarily worked in branding and marketing design, from brand strategy to logo design, typographical hierarchy, sales sheets, long form PDFS, email campaigns, social media graphics, and desktop UI design (primarily on Squarespace). I've collaborated with wellness bloggers, consultants, luxury photographers, and online marketers in the past, most frequently with creative entrepreneurs.

I spent a month at www.jackdeutsch.com's studio, assisting with shooting, camera gear, OCF, retouching, studio management, administrative assistance, and art direction.

I started as an all-around internal assistant to Crème Brands, a boutique branding studio for luxury creative professionals, working on social media campaigns and metrics, collateral design, project management, strategy, and email campaigns. After 2018, I narrowed my work to client-facing design projects, from initial brand strategy to final web and print implementation.

I started as a senior portrait and wedding photographer in 2013, and worked in fashion photography from 2016-2019. I now no longer am pursuing a full-time career in photography, but do have an artistic practice that I continue to this day. You can see my family and couple work at www.rjimagery.com.
