Innovating and strategy development for ResMed's SaaS business and Post-Acute care offerings.  Researched, designed and executed multiple innovation pilots that aligned with key strategic goals.  Methods included customer workflow mapping, value proposition creation, business model generation and pitching ideas to senior leadership.  Strategy development included work around US healthcare regulations and changing dynamics due to COVID.

Digital Health Technology is the evolution of ResMed's healthcare informatics division.  As a Senior Global Product Manager I assisted the team with the overall portfolio strategies.  This included creation of a product specifically for Respiratory Care patients which resulted in significant share gains and strong affinities to our solutions. Worked with global and regional counterparts and key stakeholders in Product Development, Legal & IP, Regulatory & Medical Affairs, Information Security, Privacy, Operations and Support to translate their needs and ensure the product met their requirements.
