Hello, I’m Reid. I’m a dynamic design leader with over 30 years of experience working in startups all the way to Fortune 25 companies, in both B2C and B2B channels. I’ve worked as an individual contributor Human Factors Engineer for the defense industry, UX Lead Designer consultant, and for much of my career, established, managed and grown global UX teams.
