Responsible for the entire structure of Simetrik partnerships, alliances and channels in Brazil. My mission is to direct the expand entire Brazil operation through partnerships, structuring a business plan, a solid program, team and resources to serve our customers through strategic partnerships, with consulting and strategic partnerships.

Simetrik is a user-friendly, highly flexible and customizable SaaS for financial routines that offers an appropriate balance between flexibility and robustness to automate the end-to-end process of financial and operational routines, we are already in more than 30 countries.

In my current role at Intelipost, I am responsible for the Partnerships department. My mission is to directly lead a team of Partnership and Alliance Managers, focusing on leading partnerships and alliances with the market. Also responsible for building, developing and evolving the partnership and alliance program, creating offers together with these partners to maximize the company results and successfully take care of our customers. Our mission is to connect technology partners, with native integrations to provide the perfect delivery journey for our customers. Focus on generating demand and deal opportunities with our partners.

FDC Angels is angel investors initiative, composed exclusively by former students of Fundação Dom Cabral. The group's purpose is to contribute to the startup companies which businesses can generate a positive impact on society.

As a Partner Account Manager of a strategic portfolio, I focus on building long term and mutually beneficial partnerships with Pipefy key partners to drive global expansion of partnerships. 

Developing strategies, projects and offers together with our strategic partners to enable their clients to achieve success with the Pipefy platform.

Portfolio manager, responsible for technology projects applied to consulting, auditing, due diligence, M&A, fund investment and business management.
Project leader in digitization, intelligent process automation, data analysis and information security with data protection.

As a Partner Account Manager, I am responsible for managing partners, recruiting new partners and managing new partnership projects, focusing on ISV, SI, VAR, with the following responsibilities:

- Manage a portfolio with enterprise and large partners in the program.
- Build a strong consultant relationship with them.
- Recruit strategic partners for our portfolio.
- Guide partners towards success in the program paths.
- Work with partners to create a pipeline of value and forecasting.
- Build a relationship strategy to generate new sales opportunities with the partner.
- Manage the sales pipeline closely with each partner (discovery, qualification, proof of concept, negotiation, etc).
- Analyze sales execution to improve and generate results (Salesforce reports, pipeline, forecast, understand funnel and conversion rate).
- Create insights about your partners businesses and how Pipefy can boost and achieve better results.

Responsible for the new business partnerships team and market commercial strategies, attributions:
- Planning of commercial performance and market intelligence.
- Management of the business capture and demand generation process.
- Management of the pipeline of opportunities, forecast revenue and closing deals.
- Preparation of pricing and sizing of consulting projects.
- Leadership of the business qualification team, pre-sales and commercial consultants.
- Executive management of the consultancy's strategic business partners.

Responsible for developing new partners and tech alliances focused on big data, machine learning and AI offerings. Recruitment, onboarding, activation and business plan development with new partners.

Responsible for the customer success, as a strategic consultant, using the Big Data Analytics platform, attributions:

- Preparation of market analysis and customer portfolio analysis;

- Development of use and customer engagement with the Neoway platform;
- Direct relationship with key project users, Board, C-Level and High Management;
