-Collaborated with a cross-functional team consisting of the VP of User Research, Director of UX Design, Senior Product Managers and UX Writers in an effort to identify and strategize against the current issues of one of the company’s most popular platforms
-Analyzed research conducted prior by the team and utilized previous findings to construct a more well-adapted research plan for current issues
-Worked alongside other researchers from various locations in North America to create and execute a research plan and research guide
-Conducted remote usability tests, click-tests, co-designs and interviews with users from various backgrounds and years of experience with the platform

- Provide leadership to the staff, project management, research, and data analysis.  
- Create reports based on program needs, required deliverables, and data obtained. 
- Work with the director on executing changes and/or updates to the project tasks.

Drive awareness and education about issues impacting women at Asurion. Promote positive changes and eliminate barriers to enable women at Asurion to reach their full potential. We hope to provide professional and development opportunities for women at Asurion.

- Assessing training needs through surveys, interviews with employees, or consultations with managers.
- Design and create training manuals, online learning modules, and course materials. 
- Building connections with team and managers through effective communication and collaboration and in delivering results in a goal-oriented environment. 
- Deliver training to employees using a variety of instructional techniques. 
- Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution. 
- Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information. 
- Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.

- Collecting and analyzing market research survey data by using high - quality surveying methods.
-Quantitative and qualitative data is acquired and online survey questionnaires and then transformed into usable, personalized knowledge.
