I worked as a User Researcher at a B2B SaaS company for 2 years. As the sole User Researcher in a large org, I've led all stages of User Research, advocated for research with the team and other stakeholders, and implemented UX processes and workflows.
I would love to provide assistance to beginner UX Researchers or Product Designer who need help with their projects when it comes to Methods, Research Planning, Analysis, Creating Artefacts, and crafting a Presentation.
