I’ve been a career mentor for over 7 years, supporting people from internship level to senior professionals. Over time, I developed my own methodology to help transform vague career goals into clear direction and concrete next steps.
My mentoring is goal-oriented and finite. We start by defining your real objective. If you want to gain clarity → when we reach it, we’re done. If you want to land the role you were aiming for → when we reach it, we’re done.
My role is not to make you dependent on mentoring, but to help you build the confidence and clarity to move forward on your own.
(It may sound serious, but the process is light, human, and I'm pretty colorful and rainbows all the way).
