Hi! I'm Renato de Souza: a story-loving, coffee-obsessed, Product Designer.

Enamored with the Whys and Hows of design and specializing in Design Strategy, I've worked across many industries: with big names of insurance, as a consultant for health and environmental Brazilian public agencies, with global fintechs, and promising new healthtechs. I take pride in my strategic mindset and my capacity to generate long-lasting value.

I'm also a volunteer at non-profit design mentorship programs, where I share knowledge and experiences so that current and upcoming designers find their place in the industry.
