I'm a product leader based in Lima, Peru, with 10+ years creating and scaling digital and financial products in some of the largest organizations in the region (Telefónica, BCP, and now WIN Telecom). Along the way I've owned a +$450M B2B P&L, sustained ~27% YoY growth for four consecutive years, worked on Open Banking APIs under strict regulatory standards (SBS, PCI-DSS), and put 8+ agentic AI systems into production in about seven months.
I studied finance at ESADE and leadership at MIT Sloan, and I'm a certified global mentor here on ADPList as well as at NXTEP. Mentoring isn't a side activity for me. Opening doors for people is a large part of why I build.
