• Led a team of 18 researchers in Shenzhen, Beijing & Shanghai for user research and design strategy projects at Tencent.
• Oversaw and conducted first-hand user research for major products like QQ, QZone, QQ Music, etc.
• Designed and implemented research ops tools including an interviewee relationship management system and a click data visualizer.

Gave lectures on Advertising Psychology. Designed course structure & supervised course projects.

• Led interaction design & user research for Yahoo! Music, Video, Dictionary & Search.
• Localized US Yahoo! Search for Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Korea, balancing UX and business results.

Conducted market research to aid Korean businesses to increase market share in HK, as well as macro-economic research focusing on Asian economies including China, Korea & Japan.
