Working cross-functionally

Role expanded to a new role in the newly merged Product Management Department. Where previously harnessed the vision and ideation expertise of the Innovation Department, while leveraging the implementation and deployment prowess of the Product Deployment Department. My primary responsibility is to oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and MVP creation to product enhancement and widespread implementation across our Business Units.

▪ Drive the product vision, strategy, and delivery for both existing and new products for their internal process and employee-facing product
▪ Develop a roadmap and communicate the vision and goals to stakeholders and users; reporting to CIO.
▪ Be a leader to solve user needs and build business process context with various stakeholders across teams and functions
▪ Lead the strategic planning and prioritization of product plans for growth
▪ Build a product management team by guiding and mentoring PMs across levels and backgrounds. 

▪ Achievement:
1. Successfully grow adoption of digitalization in the company that cover 1,800+ employee and 5000+ external partners
2. Successfully implemented property management app in 72 buildings for multiple business units in Sinar Mas Land (Offices, ITC, Malls, Apartments).

▪ Work and collaborate with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional working units across the company to pilot/roll-out the solutions.

▪ Develop a change management strategy, and manage risks and dependencies to reduce the bottlenecks that might hold up the implementation progress.

▪ Achievement:
1. Successfully rolled out a lead management system to Sinar Mas Land Apartment and Residential projects
2. Collaboratively developed with partners to launch products, such as OneSmile and e-Catalog in 2020-2021.
3. Provided work tooling for +1100 people with 25 developed applications in 2021

a short stint in the forex industry as a consultant conducting thorough fundamental and technical data analysis and global market trends to recommend the client for buy/sell execution in forex and managing USD 10,000 asset portfolio.

Achievements:
Increase asset portfolio by 120% in a month

•	Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases using Visual Basic for Samsung Set Top Box (STB) product. 
•	Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities based on factory process. 
•	Identify, record, document thoroughly and track software issues and failure cases. 
•	Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet B2B client needs. 
•	Track software implementation, defect densities and open defect counts in the production floor.

•	Develop and improve electrical and circuit parts of the LED TV and Bluray-player product from R&D design, according to the specification for mass-production.
•	Work with procurement, logistics, and main production to manage project deliverables.
•	Work with quality control and quality assurance to define new product monitoring and controlling procedure.
•	Analyze defective product in mass production and market to improve the manufacturing and production process.
