Creating a product vision

- Lead projects through end-to-end design process and stakeholder alignment, resulting in increase in sales, daily active users and improved usability for the product/ client.
- Lead diverse, cross-functional projects and deliver user research, user flows, wireframes, prototypes and UI designs for various projects.
- Implemented weekly design critiques in the design team cultivated a culture of collaboration and 
feedback with the cross-functional teams.
- Iterated designs based on feedback, technology constraints and user testing analysis

- Curated Design meet-ups, workshops and events for designers in Amsterdam. We partnered with some of the most successful design agencies like WeTransfer, ALabs, The Cool School, in60 Seconds.
- The Design Kids bridges the gap between college students and professionals, in the Graphic Design industry, by providing an online resource and offline community for almost 271,027 student & graduate graphic designers across 33 countries.

- Lead diverse projects across industries in India, Netherlands and UK - focussed on Art direction, Brand consultation, Visual design, Branding, UI, Illustration and Strategy and Marketing. 
- Select clients include - Hunkemoller, NL, OYO Rooms, Mercedes, Nestle and an array of start-ups and small businesses

One of a kind, creativity-led start-up based out of New Delhi, India in 2013. A venture that encompasses all aspects of creativity and performing arts.
Co-founded the creative agency focussed on Performing Arts and Design. Created the branding and visual identity for the agency, built design processes, art-directed various campaigns and helped build the digital marketing strategy for clients
Conceptualised and creatively produced an original digital Travel-Dance series on youtube called ' The Shift Collective'. We collaborated with artists, musicians, filmmakers, photographers and shot dance videos across unique locations in India. I art-directed the video series and designed all the marketing and social media collaterals.
Strategised, designed and curated custom-events for our clients, like Nestlé, Mercedes Benz, TATA Motors, Madame Tussauds, Delhi and an array of other Homegrown Brands.

Strategised and Designed multiple successful campaigns for the brand - one of the biggest dance schools in India. I helped build the brand’s online and offline presence - which included all marketing and events collaterals, social-media posts, website design.
