Sessions with Ricardo Zea

• Design Mentorship Session (30 min): What I can help you with: Figma, Web Design, Design systems, HTML & CSS, UI/UX Design, Career advice, Design feedback. I mentor with simple-to-understand language and terminology, clear examples, and honest patience. Every time you have a lesson with me, I guarantee you will “level up”.
• 30 min × 2: Portfolio Review & Revamp (30 min): In this mentorship, I’ll review your existing portfolio and give you direct, honest feedback on how to improve it. We’ll focus on strengthening the visual quality, organizing your work more effectively, and making sure it clearly targets the right clients and employers. The objective is straightforward: turn your portfolio into a much more powerful tool that has a "punch in the face" effect to be memorable and get you interviews.
• 60 min: Dominate Typography (60 min): If you have a typography system or typescale, and I ask you "Where did the font sizes come from?" would you be able to give a convincing answer? If you don't, this session is for you. I can help you dominate typography in design . Fun fact: After interviewing more than 300 designers for more than 3 years, you'd be amazed at the sheer amount of designers that have a hard time answering this question. That's why I created this 1:1 session, lol.
• 60 min: Dominate Color (60 min): If you have a color palette and I ask you "Where do the colors come from?" would you be able to give a convincing answer? If you don't, this session is for you. I can help you dominate color in design . • 60 min: Dominate Accessibility (60 min): If you have a color palette or a typography system/typescale and I ask you "How do make your designs accessible?" would you be able to give a convincing answer? If you don't, this session is for you. I can help you dominate color in design . Fun fact: After interviewing more than 300 designers for more than 3 years, you'd be amazed at the sheer amount of designers that have a hard time answering this question. Some designers don't even know what accessibility is. No, I'm not kidding . That's why I created this 1:1 session, lol.
