Captiv8 Design and Innovation Ltd is a London-based product and service design agency. We specialise in product strategy, ideation, and transforming ideas into tangible, market-ready business propositions. It would be great to work with you and enhance your brand through our expert blend of creativity and strategic insights.

Led the product design and research team, a combination of product design, brand design, design operations and product research. Worked closely with the leadership and product teams, transforming the product experience and creating groundbreaking features, that resulted in improved engagement, satisfaction and customer retention.

Led an experience design team that created experiences, products, and services for clients like E.ON, Royal Mail, IKEA, Lenovo, and Sony. Responsibilities included expanding the team's expertise in research, experience strategy, product design, service design, and optimisation. I also developed design strategies, conducted experience mapping, and facilitated innovation and ideation workshops across key accounts.

Developed an experience design capability from the ground up that helped Proximity become a full-service digital agency. Led the successful creation of websites and products for key clients such as Royal Mail, Parcelforce, Post Office, Kenco and MoneySuperMarket.

Led and scaled the design and research team. Responsible for design strategy and planning for clients such as Canon, Aegon, AMEX, and Auto Trader.

At Conchango, I progressed from a Senior UX Consultant to a Design Lead and then to Head of Experience Design. In this role, I led a 28-person team across User Experience, Copywriting & Content, and Creative Design.

As a Design Lead and UX Consultant, I created user experiences for various clients including Tesco, Virgin Media, Virgin Atlantic, Deutsche Bank, COLT, Harrods, ASOS, and River Island. Notable achievements include the design of new music platform for Tesco, contributions to several groundbreaking innovations for Microsoft, shaping the design of Virgin Media's new website, and being the original concept designer for Barclays' Pingit, the first mobile peer-to-peer payment service.

As Head of Experience Design, I led the pitching, planning, and shaping of new opportunities and oversaw product and service design for key accounts such as B&Q, John Lewis, Dixons Retail, Barclays, Barclaycard, Visa, Tesco, and T-Mobile.

Prior to being promoted to lead the company's first dedicated in-house design practice, I worked as a web designer for three years. During this time, I had the opportunity to work on websites and applications for clients such as Ford (both customers and dealers), Land Rover, Jaguar, Sytner, and Virgin Cars.

As the practice lead, I established the company's in-house design practice, introduced user-centered design methodologies, and expanded the services we offered to our clients. I was responsible for defining our design approach for key government accounts, including the Metropolitan Police, Serious Fraud Office, National Health Service, and Companies House.
