Founded Verdance to revolutionize the REC (Renewable Energy Credits) and tax credit markets.
Verdance is a marketplace for buying and selling REC, tax credits, and carbon credits.
Developing AI algorithms to streamline the buying and selling process.
Implementing a blockchain recording platform to ensure transaction transparency.
Raising $6.2M in seed funding to accelerate growth and platform enhancements.

Over the course of multiple roles, I have shaped and guided development initiatives to meet and exceed corporate growth goals for the organization and cross-industry clients. Leading a diverse group of experts I built a robust strategy and development team. 

Established and streamlined finance and business operations by utilizing data-centric research and analysis to identify improvement/development opportunities. This includes Product-Market fit, Go-To-Market strategy, internal operations, and change management.

Under my leadership, met numerous goals focusing on circular economies of scale for packaging materials, water stewardship, GHG reduction, and economic empowerment.

As the Director of Information, advised Fortune 500 companies on Growth Strategy; Product-Market Fit; Go-To-Market; New Product Introduction; Value Chain Optimization; Mergers & Acquisitions; Post Merger Integration; International Relations and Customer Engagement, Transformational Leadership, Business Analytics, Ai and machine learning. 

•  Developed and launched new products, services, and partnerships, resulting in a 22.5% increase in profits.
•  Established a Corporate Social Responsibility program that generated $3.4M in donations.
•  Increased customer acquisition by 17% and boosted customer loyalty by 10%.

In this position I spearheaded new venture strategy and vision. This involved extensive collaborated with founders and the early-stage ecosystem to identify new investment opportunities and problem statements (needs & seeds). Supporting future development, I mentored new leaders on financial targets and strategic goals. I also advised on product market fit, marketing, communication, product development, as well as consumer stories for scale and engagement.

Co-founded ecommerce company that generated more than $100,000 in revenue its the first 30 days, and over $1 million by the end of our first year. In addition, after 18 months of operation, we had obtained over $5 million in investment funding.

Assisted numerous startups, in business development, product market fit, and customer acquisition strategy. At least 16 companies reached $1M in sales first year.

As the COO I built a reputation for excellence using best practices and deliver high yield results in growth strategy and process improvement. Ensuring performance I utilized data-driven approaches to effective resource planning and leadership.

Founded a company and successfully sold it via an equity public offering. CONTRIBUTIONS
•	Facilitated the signing of the Acquisition Decision Memorandum for the U.S. Secretary of Defense and U.S. Department of Commerce for the Acquisition of helicopters in the Mi-8/Mi-17 family.

•	Supported sourcing and procurement of $15M US executive private headquarters in California for Commercial Aircraft Corporation of China, Ltd. (COMAC).

•	Secured multiple PCAOB international acquisitions simultaneously, adding $223M in assets in 12 months.

•	Ensured timely and accurate communications with board and international business units, increasing revenue to $65.7 million.

Rapidly promoted from consultant to CFO, to implement a one-of-a-kind equity offering. Leveraged expertise in corporate compliance, risk management, and financial reporting to execute several acquisitions. Designed ERP systems and structured portfolio of companies. Implemented key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure strong cash flow. Improved financial performance 12.5% and capital growth 10.6%. 

Demonstrated dedication to staying current on industry trends by becoming certified in HIPPA Statistics & Data Analysis, Healthcare Data Security, Privacy, and Compliance, and International Health Organizations Management.

Developed a comprehensive understanding of the IPO process, including legal, financial, and regulatory issues. Built professional relationships with US and international partners to cultivate a robust and complex investment network. Supporting our clients and investors, served as a consultant for international accounts and enterprise sales.  

Defined and implemented operations strategies, structure, and processes for growth and improvement.  Led day-to-day operations monitoring performance to proactively identify efficiency issues and propose solutions. 

Delivering superior financial executive advising and consultation, fully supported the public company accounting oversight board (PCAOB) audit process and Sarbanes–Oxley Act (SOX) per U.S. GAAP, the international accounting standards board (IASB) and the international financial reporting standards foundation (IFRS). Oversaw Post Merger Integrations, identifying silos, and eliminating redundancies.

Maintained secret security clearance. and elite combat readiness as a Quick Reaction Force (QRF). Worked closely on drone technology, thermal fusion, and robotics concept development with Battle Lab Technologies, Electronic Warfare Data Systems (EWDS), Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), and the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA).  Received numerous awards, including recognition from the President and the Congress, for demonstrating exceptional proficiency and readiness for operations involving squad to regimental size.
