“I had a wonderful session with Rick. It felt as if I am reconnecting with someone I had closely worked with a couple of years ago. He is so easy to talk to, is very humble, and very knowledgeable. I was able to ask him questions across various topics in design, being a manager, design systems, etc. His knowledge of building complex design systems for large enterprises is phenomenal.”
