PaDi (Pasar Digital) UMKM is a B2B Marketplace project from the Ministry of State-Owned Enterprises of Indonesia which State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) as the buyers and Micro Small Medium Enterprises (UMKM) as the sellers. Available on the web and mobile apps (Play Store & App Store).

Ricky was responsible for the cashless shipping experience, seller platform, and mobile apps project.

Handled a shopping mall directory and loyalty mobile app of Summarecon Mall Group with 18K+ active users, available on Android and iOS.

• Gained alignment from Stakeholders regarding the mall marketing strategy during COVID-19 pandemic.
• Analyzed service performance data using Datadog APM and helped the development team to optimize average service latency up to 70%.
• Increased the Android app’s rating on the Play Store from 3.7 to 4.6 by consistently releasing bug fixes versions and actively gathering customer feedback.
• Released iOS apps to the App Store, received positive feedback from users, and placed on the top 77th of lifestyle category chart in the first week of release.

Led virtual event platform called “Innovation Day” for knowledge sharing about technology, business, and lifestyle that is used by Telkom Digital Business employees to director level.

• Launched Innovation Day streaming website with features live streaming, audience interaction, and speaker submission.
• Rebranding the logo, slogan, event concept, design assets, and merchandise.
• Helped the UMeetMe team, a Telkom’s video conferencing platform to stream webinar class on its website with Innovation Day program as reference of website development and technical streaming production.
