About Riel Reyes
Product Design Manager at LawAdvisor Ventures, Inc.
I'm Riel Reyes, a product designer of 9 years who have worked mainly in the fields of recruitment, telecommunications, digital marketing, and legal tech.
With a background in broadcasting and graphic design, translating stories and data to experiences has been a passion. I am currently working as an Interim Design Lead for LawAdvisor but have since crafted purposeful and thoughtful designs for companies like Smart's GigaLife, Kalibrr, and Create Cinema's Callback.
My ability to collaborate and seamlessly communicate with my stakeholders and teammates, and becoming a mentor to my juniors have helped me become a design manager. The interest I've built in learning about building systems in documenting designs, contributing to design systems, and making products that are intentionally built for the user rooted from having empathy as a principle that I value most.
Outside design, I dabble in podcasting, fitness, music curation, reading, and pop culture.
