I have over 15 years of experience as a designer and 10+ years in leadership roles. Currently, I founded an accessibility-focused design studio named Radikal. Previously, I designed at Traveloka, Gojek, IBM, Good Doctor, Halodoc, and other tech companies.
I focus on advancing digital accessibility in Indonesia. I co-founded radikal studio, a design studio specializing in inclusive digital products. I also initiated two open resources: Panduan WCAG Indonesia, the first Indonesian-language guide to WCAG Aksesibel, a learning platform covering the fundamentals of accessibility
