— Led a brand repositioning and redesign, aligning Potloc’s identity with its GTM strategy and position it as the preferred survey platform for consulting and PE firms. This resulted in strong client feedback, enhanced industry recognition, contributing to notable sales growth.
— Directed content, design, and paid media, fostering cross-functional collaboration and integrating data-driven insights to improve performance, resulting in higher engagement across campaigns.
— Optimized the brand team’s structure and workflows, shifting focus to high-impact initiatives and strategically leveraging AI, agency and freelance support, leading to greater efficiency and elevated execution quality.
— Drove the evolution of the content strategy, working closely with the Content Manager to launch industry-first initiatives that significantly increased website traffic and organic engagement.
