Hi! I’m Rij, an Art Director at SEPHORA with over a decade of experience in shaping brand growth through visual storytelling. I’ve worked with top fashion and beauty brands, including Cosmopolitan, Harper’s Bazaar, Caudalie, Victoria Beckham, and Armani, across Singapore, India, and the US. Beyond my role, I’m passionate about fostering creative talent and helping designers navigate their careers with confidence.

I often have people reaching out on LinkedIn for coffee chats or Zoom calls to discuss career growth, design strategy, or breaking into the industry. While I’d love to connect with everyone, I haven’t had a structured way to schedule these conversations. ADP List feels like the perfect platform to make these mentorship sessions more accessible and intentional. I want to offer insights, answer questions, and help emerging designers refine their portfolios, navigate career transitions, and build confidence in their creative voice—all in a way that’s sustainable and beneficial for both sides.
