I am a mixed-methods design researcher with deep expertise in leading teams through creating quantitative and qualitative research methodologies to understand and improve the adoption and usage of artificially intelligent products. I have done this work in many industries such as biotechnology and robotics. I have worked on conversational agents, generative AI products, and real time tracking maps / predictive data platforms. I also love ethnography, social research, and product strategy. Based in Boston.
