As a Lead UX Designer at Bosch Global Software Technologies, I am responsible for driving the overall user experience strategy and vision for advanced in-vehicle technologies. My role involves leading a talented team of designers, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and working closely with business leaders, product managers, and technology experts to create seamless and intuitive user experiences that elevate the driver and passenger journey.

I am in a role of Senior Experience Designer who is responsible for creating digital experiences which help clients achieve their business and experience goals.

Along with designing experiences, I also have the responsibility to mentor junior/new designers joining the experience team.
Clients served: 
1. Verizon (VBG): Transformed 20 yr old legacy tool as per the new design system by fixing the experience issues and making it scalable.
2. Bed Bath Beyond: Lead the experience journey of PLP, PDP, review section and cart on the production website. Achieved a significant improvement in customer experiences and improved overall shopping experience.
3. YRCW: I was responsible for designing the information website which included Information architecture, taxonomy finalization, hi fidelity wires and tonnes of communication with cross functional teams.
4. Verizon (VCG): Worked on next gen Gizmo watch features. Responsible for music app on watch and corresponding app on smartphone.
5. Verizon (VCG): Verizon community portal for creating a unified seamless experience for the community users.

I was a part of Honeywell Aerospace global UX team. I took care of end to end experience
of internal enterprise tools, created POCs for business pitches and help cross functional teams
to strategies their workflows
‘E- Auction’ : Executed an internal project for integrated supply chain team from scratch to development which resulted in saving of $ 2.45K per annum.
Designed a POC for Hong kong airport ground handlers for managing their assets on ground.
Worked on a quick turn around project which saves fuel cost for airlines

I was part of the HMI COC team which worked on advanced technologies in automotive world, I worked on multi model interaction models for Cars. I gained experience in voice, air gestures, Haptics, HUD, Eye gaze interactions during my time in BOSCH.
Suzuki, Renault, Daimler, BMW Motorrad are few of the companies with which I worked directly. I was continuously involved in all the futuristic projects which were showcased in CES. Neosense got CES Innovation Award in 2016 for which I worked extensively from scratch to POC.

- Responsible for designing interactions (wireframes, screen-flows, visual design) for In Car Entertainment of production, show and electric cars. 
- Designed Interaction of Navigation for recently launched TATA BOLT, Designed Interaction & Visual Design of IC Modes for HEXA Concept (showcased in Geneva Motor Show 2015).
- In addition to Interaction design, I am involved in supplier interaction and closely working with development team providing assets for development etc.

- Conceptualize, Design & Develop a solution for the T-JOINT in Indian Traffic System and apply the solution at Hartali More Patna (Project under Non-Disclosure Agreement) (2 months)
- Design & Development of DESERT COOLER for heavy Commercial Vehicles (6 months)
- Design & development of Device cleaning product. (3 months)
