Worked on several strategic projects involving different types of growth drivers for Pinterest, specially with focus on driving growth from different search sources.

Google Sync and G Suite Add on Team Lead - Copper is the CRM for Google, which is the core tenant of the product. Took over existing integrations: SSO, Emails, Calendars, Google Contacts and drive. Maintained and optimized them.
Microsoft Sync Team Lead - Lead a team of 3 engineers to replicate our G Suite integrations, from POC to first paid customer in 4 months. Integrated with Microsoft Office 365 and Outlook Rest API, syncing Emails and Calendars.
GDPR ( Right to be forgotten ) Team Lead - Worked with in house counsel, our privacy lawyers and consultants, to strategize a plan to execute the “Right to be forgotten” portion of GDPR. Built the overall implementation and operational strategy.

Worked on maturing our current APIs and platform marketplace strategy. Devised and operationalized a API v2 strategy based on json-schema and json-api. Improved and implemented tray integration for Account Provisioning. SCIM and SAML integration with Okta and One Login.

1.		Started work as a Full-Stack developer/Consultant , working on complete features from front-end to the backend. Used React, and Rails.

3.	Helped streamline DevOps and minimize infrastructure costs overtime. 
4.	Helped move the main monolith app to an API only architecture. We re-wrote the initial API, conforming to REST standards. Front-end was moved to a React + Node application.

1.	Worked Directly with CTO of the company to help optimize technology workflow of the company. Helped streamline processes for different types of developer frameworks. Helped identifying key performance metrics for each process.

Development, Analysis and Deployment of the core game algorithms. Built testing tools to analyze different aspects of the algorithms. Built tools to analyze performance and its execution over time. 
Grew the team to almost 15 people. Responsible for Hiring Engineers, Product Managers, Marketing team and Designers.  
Principal Architect and Engineer on the team - Wrote a large part of ~100 thousand plus lines of code ( in PHP, Yii Framework and Ruby on Rails ) which included the core game engine, database models( around 300 models ) and design patterns to better handle our overall domain, which led to almost 1500 odd classes, 100 plus modules and namespaces. High emphasis on good design and coding patterns. 
Maintained and Scaled the app. Load balancer setups, Read-Write DB setups, setup  different types of caching -  data, large object, query and page using redis and memcached. Setup benchmarking and profiling tools. 
Identified and setup Service level indicators for most of the services that help create a more accountable culture around the team and what it means to build and maintain a performant and reliable application. 
Created a culture of continuous improvement. Mentored engineers and helped them grow into leadership roles within the organization.

First Employee of the Company. I was instrumental in fleshing out the initial vision of the flagship product to what it finally became until I left. I did everything from Hiring to taking every major technical decision. Integrating technologies like xmpp, video meeting, text chat, private messaging, Paypal and financial payment gateways aspects of the product.
