About Ritesh Singh
Product Owner / Business Analysis Manager at Marsh
Hi! I’m a Product Owner/Business Analysis Manager at Marsh, holding certifications in SAFe PO/PM and CSPO. Over the past 8 years, I’ve worked at the intersection of business strategy, technology, and user experience—starting out as a Business Systems Analyst and growing into end-to-end Product Ownership and Product Management. I’m passionate about building clear, impactful products and mentoring others through the real-world realities of tech, delivery, and career growth.
I’ve grown from a Business Systems Analyst into an end-to-end Product Owner across freight logistics, employee benefits, and enterprise digital transformation. I’ve led cross-functional engineering squads, driven product discovery, and turned complex business problems into testable, high-impact roadmaps using Agile and SAFe frameworks. Most recently, I’ve also integrated Generative AI into daily product workflows to streamline requirements analysis, uncover edge cases, and accelerate delivery.
