Director, Product Management at Mastercard
Hi, I am Ritika Maheshwari and I started my product management journey 14 years ago, each year has significantly added to my career. I have been lucky to have etched my name as a Product Manager in about 8 digital and technology products.
I have envisioned, designed and built products for a variety of users owning different professions working across industries. I started my career with an Insurance Claim Processing product, followed by talent acquisition management systems, and then was tasked to scale a local product and make it available globally. While this was interesting in itself, I became an early adopter to join the AI Product Management group by building an early LLM-powered chatbot followed by managing the technology that enables data transfers at an enterprise level.
I am available on this network to hear, learn, share, grow, and network with anyone who believes I can help them in their product delivery and contribute to their product success by making a difference one product at a time (and multiple products too).
I can help by being your sounding board, brainstorming a product idea, crafting a strong product vision statement, identifying potential product market fits, connecting you with a larger user base for those consumer-facing products, navigating technical jargon and architecture complexities and any other challenges that Product Managers face. If I am not able to help, I am surely going to make every effort to skill up and grow with you on that. I have always lived by the message - “If you never ask, the answer is no, so might as well ask”
I am based in Central US, but the time zones only regulate my waking and sleeping schedule. When I am awake, my brain is “productized” and constantly growing. While I am asleep, I hope to dream that my users loved the products that I have built and remember me as a person with/without the products that I built!
Respect to everyone,
Ritika Maheshwari
“Rtika pierces the veil between good and exceptional by asking probing questions to get the best out of your mock interview question. She gives constructive criticism, while being authentic at giving you the best possible feedback to succeed!”
“Had an amazing session with Ritika. The session is very organized, and she came prepared to the session by asking the questions upfront in the chat. Then also allowing me to explain and talk a lot about by experience. She has also given me small actionable things I can put into work before coming to the next sessions. That kind of stands out from the general advice we receive.”
“Very organized. Helping me plan activities to help me reach my goal.”
