I established a roadmap for introducing a UX process for new features, feature enhancements, and porting features from legacy platforms to the updated platform. I introduced tools for collaboration with the cross-functional team. I consolidated legacy style guides and worked with the development team to plan and create a design system.

I designed and developed Weeat to help figure out "What should we eat?" Currently, the application allows users to save and share recipes. The next release will allow users to create "meals" with attached recipes or orders.

I managed a team of interaction (UX) and visual (UI) designers on various products including HN Power, Engage, GoHerbalife, and MyHerbalife (Shop, Charitable Contributions, Self-service, and Refunds & Returns). I also contributed to product strategy and ensured the teams were able to focus on implementing the best design in an empowering environment.

Strategy
* Turned tower from struggling to revolutionary in terms of UX maturity
    * Helped products become research-driven
    * Aligned products to go through a process to solve problems
* Ran tower-specific ceremonies (stand up, retrospectives, etc.)
* Took research analysis and broke them down feature acceptance criteria (Enabler on operations, CR, Engage, and Kiosk)

Cross-Functional Alignment
* Aligned UX team to standardize product management tools(TFS) with the product team
    * Closely worked with PMO team to help UX team align using SAFe principles (UX Team Demos)
* Helped UX researchers break their work into sizable stories (recruitment, testing, analysis) to properly scope and plan work

Design System
* Introduced and implemented page-level components
    * Consistency in most recent designs
    * Improved efficiency for new hires
* Introduced Design System meetings to demo and inform the team of new components and how to use best utilize the design system
* Implemented updated company design system components to products

I lead a team of designers in designing the documents and manage payment sections of Kaiser’s B2B portal while introducing agile practices. I also worked with the cross functional team to design the medication management section of the pharmacy B2C section.

I helped design and implement a responsive webpage directed toward spreading awareness of a newly released Alexa skill.

• HN MyClub - Operations, Cash Register, Kiosk
Lead a team consisting of outside vendor design team along with myself through the design of two high profile responsive web and native platforms.

• Engage - Customer App
I created the information architecture and lead a team of consultant designers to create the initial design. I then continued as lead designer for the application after the expiration of the consultant design team.

• Sell Consumption Pro
I was the lead designer for the initial tool the customer’s used to document their sales.

• LADC Pick-up application
I worked with the head of research to observe pain points found at product distribution centers and designed an android application tool that expedited the process for the customers. The tool also allowed for support agents to more effectively help the customers.

• Wellness Profile
The wellness profile was a tool that connected to the personalized websites offered by the company. This tool helped Herbalife coaches understand and coach their customers. I was the lead designer for this tool in it’s initial phase. I then helped lead the team to further enhancements and features.

• Overall team contribution
I helped voice and demonstrate UX team values to high-level executives in the company.
I helped contribute to the growth of process, evolving our team from a “web design team” to a team that had a formalized process including understanding the problem and predispositions, conducting research(observations, literature review, and collections) and collecting insights, constructing concepts(user flows, drawings, wireframes, prototypes), having a voice in implementation strategy, and testing
I helped in the strategy and implementation of the Herbalife Design system that created a single source of truth for design and development. This helped speed up prototype and development, saving the company an exponential amount.

I helped take the platform from beta to a thriving web and native platform. I designed and helped implement key features as well as iterated on current design based on testing and analytical data.

I worked closely with the founder to develop business strategy, design the product, and design a scalable solution to sell the product. I helped create a custom layout and shopping experience for on shopify that allowed the customers to easily navigate through hundreds of causes.

I worked as a designer for various project. Because of the vast amount of projects, I was able to show a range of expertise. Some examples of this are user experience design/user interface design for applications, creative direction on branding for various companies, and development and implementation with various frameworks.

Developed apparel ideas from concept to final product, often time working with a team. Updated and maintained website for best user experience. Produced graphics for promotional marketing purposes such as social media posts and email campaigns.

Design and create mock-ups for website while making it aesthetically appealing as well as user friendly, Draw and create social media posts, prepared and packaged merchandise
