When I consider my career thus far, I have tried to pursue a few key outcomes... Helping others in their day-to-day lives Clearly communicating with others so that they can better understand their world Eliminating artifacts that don't enable everyone to be better
As it turns out, this has lead me to be a UX leader specializing in transforming early-stage ideas into actionable, scalable initiatives. Getting through these nebulous environments and leading teams along the way isn’t for the faint of heart. It requires a complex background with robust skills in communication, relationship-building, and strategic organization. And maybe just a dash of being "crazy."
