Current project:
Leading and pioneering a future workflow design experience vision initiative. How will accountancy practices work in 5 years? How is Xero going to better serve their customers? 

Previous project:
Leading the experience design for a new Xero product initiative, which will enable accountancy practices to manage all their clients from one central place, saving them time by surfacing key information from across their Xero relationship into a flexible client management experience.

Project one:
In March 2019 I was tasked to design a new playful and memorable augmented reality in-store interface experience for one of the world's most famous department stores.

Project two:
In June 2019 I was tasked with leading a research/UX piece of work to better reﬂect the physical store experience of Harrods in a new online presence for 2 key areas of the business.

This included: Conducting key stakeholder workshops, customer questionnaires, staff interviews, customer observations, customer journey maps, determining key opportunities, wireframes and final stakeholder presentations.

Helping a leading bank to improve the way their investment traders interact with data, by redefining and reorganising this data to better suit the needs of the traders.

Providing senior UX and UI product design and leadership of a new business banking native mobile application across iOS and Android.

A seasoned design practitioner with a focus on products and new business creation. 

Specialising in UI/UX for start-ups, established products and product research & innovation initiatives.

Helping to develop a new product design capability for the business, whilst also leading the design on a number of in-house product initiatives within the healthcare & wellbeing, CMS platform and travel & hospitality sectors.

To provide UX and UI coaching, advice, knowledge and product design practice to the start-up accelerator community Wayra (A Telefonica funded program) based in central London.

Working in the newly formed 'Product Development and Innovation Department' creating new digital product innovations and start-ups within and without the telecoms industry. 

In addition, I was Lead Product Designer on the global communication app ‘TU Go’ 
(across iOS, Android, Windows Phone 8 and Windows PC)
