As part of our business transition to Agile ways of working my role

• Responsible for coaching and developing 16 Design Specialists across the department - Creating guilds and chapters within the business to collaboratively focus on developing our internal talent.

• Established working processes for the Design community within a dual track agile methodology.

Establishing a team including product designers, content designers, and CRO specialists. Developing a human-centered design culture and facilitating a smooth transition into a modern agile environment. My team supported e-commerce transactions, online accounts, call centre advisor platforms, and mobile applications that catered to over 5 million customers in the UK.
