Lead The Weather Channel, an IBM Business and IBM Watson Advertising’s Creative Lab and Watson Ads creative, design, UX and strategy disciplines—simplifying clients and partners' journey through the complex layers of applying big data (weather, location, time, and consumer insights) and Watson’s cognitive/AI capabilities as solutions to brands biggest problems with in-the-moment relevant, and beautiful advertising experiences. 

Highlights: Guide team to YOY growth for premium, dynamic and data-driven advertising. Led team launching Watson Ads, world’s first cognitive advertising experience and first offering for IBM Watson Advertising. Drive creative and strategic innovation across the entire library of Creative Lab and Watson Ads products. Work with sales, product, and IBM partners to establish F2M cognitive opportunities for the world’s biggest brands.

Develop strategic platforms and engaging promotional experiences to create consumer brand awareness and drive brand participation. Lead platform planning, design, user experience, and architecture, directing creative teams and engineering to deliver results. 

Continuously search out new ways to merge the consumer/user experience, social exposure, and new technologies that benefit the expansion of our client's brand footprints.

Robert spent his tenure at Red Rocket Brand Engineers leading a team of fearless creatives on an award winning journey of branding, digital innovation and social exploration. 

Focusing first on leading branding and advertising initiatives, he could later be found leading digital strategies and helping bring in new clients and grow the business. 

Led creative initiatives and a team of art directors and copywriters across beverage, luxury, automotive, fashion, travel, insurance, cpg and health categories.

Helped foster a creative focused culture including all team members in problem solving and ideation.

Initiated Milk Interactive Services, a digital agency within an agency focused on delivering unique and rich user experiences that combine good story with brand benefits.

Continued to educate fellow employees with sessions on social and technology innovations, strategies and best practices in U/X and Design.

Pioneering connected applications, widgets and tools for product launches, intranets and inter-office communications.

Robert was one of the first members of fast growing team of designers, programmers and technologists designing breakthrough interactive websites and solutions. He honed his design skills with a foundation in simplicity, clarity and logic while mastering the art of use cases, wireframes and information architecture. 

Spearheaded the launch of a multi-media focused unit utilizing advanced JavaScript, Flash and Flash Generator to create dynamic and scalable web apps with advanced graphics and video.
