Roberto Moraga-Díaz is an Industrial Engineer from Universidad Técnica Federico Santa María, with a Master's degree in Operations and Business Logistics Management from Universidad Europea de Madrid, and an MBA from Universidad de Lleida. With an extensive 18-year career in the field of continuous improvement, cultural change management, business and digital product development, framework and methodology architecture, and startup coaching. Roberto brings a wealth of experience in building high-performance teams, product monitoring and operations, as well as customer support. He has held key positions in companies such as Telefónica, Telefónica R&D, and currently serves as a Lean-Agile Coach at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS Latinamerica), where he has been involved in various digital transformation projects. In addition to his professional experience, Roberto is a professor of statistics, quality, agility, and innovation at prestigious Chilean universities such as Universidad de Santiago de Chile and Universidad del Desarrollo. His research areas include agile project management, digital transformation, continuous improvement, and digital product development.
