What is a successful user onboarding flow and how to achieve it?

As a Software Engineer, I took on a squad leadership role across multiple impactful projects, driving both technical development and project management:

PayPay Search: Led the initiative to design and develop PayPay's first-ever search system, enhancing user experience and functionality within the platform.

Municipality Myna Campaign: Directed the project to build a campaign management system for government entities, enabling them to issue rewards and campaigns to citizens based on predefined rules via PayPay. 

Point Information Portal: Developed a robust pipeline to identify and track user reward sources efficiently. The data pipeline supports not only PayPay but also external clients, enabling scalable solutions for diverse business needs.

- Developing and maintaining Tokopedia's Search Engine (Products, Shops, Profiles, Catalogues, Digital Goods, Vouchers, and almost everything!)
- Developing and maintaining Autocomplete search and Search Traffic Distribution to all Tokopedia Business Units
- Developing and maintaining keyword matching and keyword processing modules in Tokopedia Search, such as keyword synonym, typo correction, keyword-to-keyword, keyword-to-product, and advance search; integrated with the ML models
- Leading Search Exploration (Keyword) Squad that consists of 6 Software Engineers
- Working with Technical Architects to create, upgrade, and implement stacks in back-end areas
- Collaborate with the Product Manager and Team Members to define story requirements and specifications, and ensure that the team meets business objectives while maintaining technical and architectural standards
- Working directly with the Head of Engineering and VPEs for team management and tech-project management
- Creating and Maintaining the monitoring and alerting system
- Roaming around other squads to work together to solve problems and find solutions
- Involved in creating the Tokopedia Interview Standard for the Technology Department

- Involved in creating new architecture standard in search modules, to make it testable, readable, and independent
- Built automated integration test for Search System
- Involved in hiring process in Tokopedia as Panel Interviewer
