Hi! I’m Rocío — a creative leader with 8+ years of experience building brands, leading design teams, and connecting creativity with business strategy.

I’ve worked across startups, agencies and growing companies, helping them define their brand positioning, scale creative systems, and turn strategic ideas into impactful campaigns and experiences.

Along the way, I’ve also built and led design teams, created brand guidelines used across multiple markets, and helped creative teams work more strategically within fast-moving organizations.
