• Worked on different cross-functional agile teams and delivered multiple features to help First American, the leading company for title insurances in the USA, launch their new next-generation web platform.

• Collaborated within cross-functional agile teams, from the client side as well, comprising business technical analysts, project managers, engineers and designers. 

• For every feature implemented, I was responsible for all design phases, including discovery, concept development, validation, until implementation where with my front-end expertise I closely collaborated with engineers.

• As a Senior UX Designer I collaborated with UI Designers and UX Writers to create the first e-commerce for vVardis (www.vvardis.com), a Swiss healthcare brand. I was responsible for defining user flows, mocking up concepts with wireframes and document page and component interactions to guide engineers. With my front-end expertise I revised the email marketing templates created UI designers and gave advices about best practices.

• As a full stack developer I was responsible for implementing Mediabase, an internal web application created to streamline the process between Media and Creation team. I was responsible to configure a database (MongoDB), create all the CRUDE operations, implement the backend server (Node) and the frontend (React).

• Alongside a cross-functional team of PMs and Designers I was responsible for creating the new Web and Mobile Application for HDI Seguros, a major insurance company in Brazil.
My main attributions on this role were: client relationship, UX & UI design, stories refinement, sitemap definition, workshop facilitation, design system development, usability test, concept validation

• Designed the entire conversational journey for Bradesco Bank's WhatsApp, a novel channel enabling bank clients to effortlessly access essential information and perform straightforward transactions via conversation. 

• Created the conversational user experience for the launch of the All New Toyota Corolla on Google Assistant. My responsibilities encompassed comprehensive research, involving both desktop research and on-site qualitative interviews with automotive dealers. Additionally, I oversaw the production and recording process while providing assistance to engineers during the implementation phase.

Worked as Art Director creating concepts, visual campaigns, logos and digital illustrations for our clients such as KIA Motors, Mercedes-benz and etc.
