I'm a passionate designer, and I've been working in the field for the past two decades. Not only am I an avid Star Wars fan, but I am also Brazilian and have seven cats, just curiosity. I am the Head of UX at Sapient, specializing in design management. Over the years, I have been a leader in numerous companies in the finance, startup, consulting, and technology research sectors, and I am currently part of the Publicis Group. I aim to structure processes, product planning, and user experience from a design perspective, train people, and help them build their careers. In addition to my professional work, I have been teaching design disciplines in universities and other educational institutions since 2001, focusing on the designer's role, product vision, and user experience. I also have a Youtube channel called DesignTeam, where I evangelize design culture, career development, and professional maturity in the Brazilian market.
