One of my first contact working as a UX Designer. Here I was involved in a couple of freelancing jobs that helped me understand the area a bit better. Mostly of my work was based on Benchmarking, UI and Heuristics.

As a part-time English teacher I have improved what I consider my most important quality as a Designer, my ability to empathize with users. I have taught from kids to adults and every day, would it be a group or a VIP class I have learned how to communicate myself, to better listen and structure questions, to adapt myself to different situations and how to really care for others. Last but not least teaching English is what sparkled my love for research, for really understanding and wanting to help users.

Working with a team of real creative person it was one on my first experiences with Design Thinking methods. As the chalange here was on how to create content that would catch kids ( 09 to 13 years old) attention it was real important to have design thinking to back us up in this process. Together the team was able to not only understand what content and what kind of appeal the kids would like the most but also create a cycle of feedback from them that was amazing. They were part of the whole process and felt, with reason, that the project was theirs as well. It was great to see how interested they were about being able to helping creating material they would use in their daily study life.

This whole took me into a completely different world. Even though I still worked with design this time  I was part of the team that idealized marketing campaing campaings. During this period of my life I was able to work with amazing people who helped me understand another side of design and the universe it belongs to, the universe of people. As part of the team that was responsible for advertising the company's products and services we not only had to understand our business but talk to costumers and understand their business and how we could help them. It was the only way we were really able to level our sales up and help the company grow.

Started as an office boy and a few months later started working as part of the design team as a junior. It was my first steps into the design universe. At this point I would help on:

* Improving aesthetics of the signs that were spread all over the city.
* Create flyers promoting the company's real states.
* Develop graphical material for the office, such as business cards and letterheads
